I have a Harddrive Camera with lots of footage on it. I don't want to format it, but want to fan tag. Is there any way I can do this?

We completely understand! Most Harddrive cameras store a lot of video, and we know sometimes its nice to always have that video on the camera.

If you want to upload a fan tagged event and the clips that make up your event are in the middle of all of the footage on your camera:

1. Create a sync clip on the same camera you used to film the event you're uploading
2. When completed, drag-and-drop that clip into the sync clip field on the Rapid Recorder
3. Then, grab all of the clips on your camera that make up the event (you can do this by selecting the first clip, holding shift on your keyboard, and selecting the last clip that makes up the event. All clips in between will also be highlighted).

4. Drag those clips into the RapidRecorder and Upload!

If you want to upload another event with footage on your camera, you have to create a new sync clip. YOU CANNOT USE THE SAME SYNC CLIP FOR BOTH EVENTS!

If you have questions about this process before you upload, please reach out to us and someone on our support staff will assist you!
