Fan Tagging FAQ'S

Here are some FAQ's Regarding Fan Tagging:
 
Q: I’m the team videographer. I want to pause the camera. Can I do this and still have the event synched?
A: We’ve designed this so that the videographer can film as though nothing else is happening and still have everything synched up. Battery dies? Halftime? Need a snack? No Problem! You can pause the camera whenever and as often as you'd like and it won't impact the tags or synching!

Q: I hit tag after an amazing goal! Did I miss the goal?

A: Nope! All of the tags jump back 15-seconds in the video so you get the lead-in to your great moment!

Q: I Forgot to add a group to the event! How can I fix that?

A: Easily! Just go to the event and select "edit". You can then add a group without issue. 

Q: Can I add someone to a group so they can fan tag during the event?

A: Yep! Just click "settings" in the top-right corner of the home screen and select "Manage Members". Then, select the group you'd like to add a member too, click the '+' sign, then add the email address. That's it!
 
Q: I didn't see a push notification. Can I still fan tag the event?
A: Absolutely! Just open the app and look at your list of events!

Q: I don't see the event I am at and want to fan tag. What's wrong?
A.
There are a couple things you can confirm here:
    1. Be sure that the event has been created by the videographer.
    2. If it has, make sure they have shared the event with you. 
   3. If they have shared the event with you, make sure you are logged into the app using the right account credentials


Q: I created a fan tagged event and want to delete it. How do I do this?
A: You can delete the event from by clicking 'edit' on the event page
