Pending status when adding to a group

What does a "Pending" status mean when adding an email to a group? Does it mean there is a wait while ReadyReplay processes it or does the recipient have to accept being added?

Thank you for your questions! Great question here.

A pending status on a user means that user has not set up an account on ReadyReplay yet. If they create an account, they will need to put in a name. The name will then appear in your group list.
